Shared Support

conversations about our teens....

answering questions parents are facing about the mental health of their teens during the heavy impact of social distancing.

"how do I push my teen forward without adding to their anxiety?"

"how much time alone with their devices/tv is ok while they're stuck at home?"

"what type of reactions should concern me?"

"will he/she bounce back when it's over?"

join us...
